At Fatboy Mini BMX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Mini BMX or parts in the original box, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
